Monad Terrace is a condo development by JDS Development Group and Mink Development at 1300 Monad Terrace, Miami Beach. Monad Terrace has a total of 59 units. Sizes range from 1,453 to 5,350 square feet.
The Brief
The project called for an interactive VR activation in the sales center to demonstrate the grounds and building design to prospective tenants. I was brought on to help optimize the geometry of the environment as well as the lighting to make it both realistic in its aesthetic and performance while running in VR locked at 90 frames per second.
The Results
The development was ultimately a success, selling out its units and receiving coverage from Dezeen, Forbes, Mansion Global, New Atlas, Curbed, and The Big Bubble Miami.
